By plane Fly from Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO) in Quito to Francisco de Orellana Airport (OCC) in Coca. It's the fastest option.

By bus Take a direct bus from Quito to Coca. Slower and cheaper, and you'll ride the descent from the Andes down into the Amazon.
